How to deal with pirates?

How to deal with pirates?
There is lots of sites, for example:
[mod: removed]

I found my works and works of other envato authors…
It’s so sad… Hundreds of times mailed them…

First of all, do not share the URLS. Secondly, contact support and send a DCMA request.
I have reported similar URLS and it seems they are changing the URL everytime

Ok! Thanks!

me also seen my items and others too, send them DMCA but who cares. They Continue their piracy and nothing changes!!!

First check on google if those links show up when searching for your product. If they do, then login to google eg: if you already have gmail, login.

Then head on to the following URL:

  1. Choose “Web search” from the list.
  2. Choose “I have a legal issue that is not mentioned above”
  3. Choose “I have found content that may violate my copyright”
  4. Choose “Yes, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf”
  5. For the “What is the allegedly infringing work in question?” field, select “Image/Video” if it is that or if your item is software related, choose “Other”.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, last line where it says: “Please use this form to submit your request. Note that you may be required to log in to a Google Account to submit your request.”, click the link, which should take you to a form you can use to tell google, what links on google search are infringing on your rights and submit.

You will see your removal request in your dmca dashboard and the reason why you should login before going through the process above:

Wait a couple of hours, all infringing links will be removed from google search. In addition submit DMCA manually to each of those links. Most will remove in a few days, but at least google search is pretty fast and should give you a little peace of mind.

It looks like a lot of steps but the whole process is guided and it shouldn’t take you more than 5 minutes

Google is not the only search engine and these people are creating a new website all the time.
