How many templates do these themes provide?

Hi All,

I am trying to decide between 2 different themes by Ruby, one is Pixwell and the other is Innovation. Both display a range of different designs. If I purchased either of these will I only get one of the theme designs to choice from? Or can I access all and switch from a different design later? Does anyone know?

Also, do either of these themes superior to the other?

These are one theme just showing different creative demos - you can import those as you wish (using one website/installation)
