Question abou the Pixwell theme layout.

Hello,

Can anyone inform me if I can set up a front page similar to the one seen In the pic below, by using the Pixwell theme?

I like all of the technical features of Pixwell and would like to substitute the present theme while maintaining the approximate layout.
