How i submit a support ticket to envato support

Hi everyone, i have little probleme here i want to change the category for my item therefore i need to submit a support ticket, but i don’t know how? I have visited support.envato.com but i didn’t found any thing useful.

hello,

i have a question re less grid. looking at my profile i don’t see it in my downloads. assuming it was packaged with a theme. i wish to have a pro version of this plugin if one exists and instructions on how to replace my existing ess. then please point me to where i can submit my question. note the envato help support center link in this thread does not work.
