How do i transfer a theme license to another person?

I purchased a theme on themeforest for the client’s site. We need to transfer the license to the new service provider - they do not currently have an envato account.

What’s the process?

License transfer not possible. Also Item support only for purchased account. If you would like you can open a Help Ticket to get an official answer.

It means can we transfer the envato account to another persons ? is this legal or illegal ?

No you can’t . https://themeforest.net/legal/market point 11 “your membership is not transferable, that means you cannot sell your account”
