How do I go about receiving a refund?

I am not sure if this is the right place for this, apologies if it isn’t, but I couldn’t find a contact envato page.

I purchased a theme (from author HighgradeLabs) and it isn’t working, and support is non-existent. How do I go about getting a refund?

Sorry to hear about that, indeed if the item is broken or advertises support and does not provided you are entitled to a refund. In order to get one please follow this link.

Please note refund requests go directly to the author, if the author doesn’t reply in a few days you can escalate a dispute that will be managed by Envato directly.
