How Do I Get the Product Designer If the Person who developed my site won't help me?

Hello, I am a newb. I just hired someone to create my ecommerce site and now I have fired them. I have access to the admin for Lumise but no idea how to get the Product Designer for Lumise. Do I have to pay for it again? I am guessing the the developer I hired has the purchase code, but he isn’t willing to give it to me. PLEASE HELP

You need to have access to the account with which was the item purchased to get support. So in your case, the best solution would be to purchase the license with your account. There is really nothing else you can do about it, unless you can come to terms with your developer.
