How do I contact envato for a refund on a plugin.

It does not work as described and I tried to contact the author via the support link but he has shut his Ticksy support account down so there is no way to contact the author.

Rapid response would be helpful as I’ll launch a Paypal appeal later today if I have no answer.

Please try to fix this issue through envato support . If you dispute through payment provider then your account will be disabled/locked and you will not be able to get access your account anymore.
