I have 3 template in my hidden items (Soft reject) - the files was deleted from my computer - how can i download the templates file from hidden items in themeforest account?
Author have no such options to download item before get approve. but you can try to Contact Author Support and let them know. Support Team can assist you.

1 item was approve, but because of demo url broken envato team hide it
it mean currently status not approved. you have no options to download. contact Author support.
