Hi guys I bought this Item: The Shop - PWA eCommerce CMS by ActiveITzone | CodeCanyon

And I try to setup SMTP, OTP, And Amazon S3 following they’re Documentation But non off then work After I send them many emails they refused to help.

they said they can’t help me and I’m frustrated because I think is an scam and many person havin issue with them and they’re here selling they’re product in Envato I don’t understand how it’s possible.

After I pay for 1 year support also I bought 2 add on I feel like people get here to scam on us. and they have 4.18 starts how if I only see bad comments.

We just wanna have the website something to reach our goal but.

I’m tired I also contract someone from fiverr to help me setup the mailgun and my mailgun work in postman but not in the website. so where is the problem. and I think something happens with the others.

I ask the please send me some pictures with a sample setup and they refused.

I just and I pay for 1 year of support. please stop.

I also offer them hey please guys if you can help me setup the website lets agreed to make you and payment not nothing crazy. and they refused and as I said I have pay support for 1 year. this guys no wanna help. or they’re scam on people using Envato?

why they selling items here if they no wanna help people with those issues?

Also I try to reach Envato and is almost impossible because I don’t see where.

But I hope I could get support because I need to the website an the wise I would keep my money but I don’t Intent to waste it.

I hope does guy replay me back to fix that issue. Or they can include pictures with sample data to have an Idea in what to do.

Because in the setting section they’re place holder not helping.

I hope Envato can give me a solution.

You can contact support BUT, while it’s impossible to comment accurately without context, please be aware that (based on the item comments) support with installation and especially customisation of item feature or functionality would not fall under support .

I’m not asking for installation or customization I’m asking to help me with the script because it’s doesn’t work. I didn’t make that script and I try to send mail with it but not work. Please check what I said.

If someone make something should work because I tested mailgun with postman and it’s work fine also I try I use google SMTP with a tool tester work fine but not in the script i think there should be a bug in they’re code.

It looks like you have been asking the author for help, and in their case they have been responding. What I would say to you with respect is that authors create themes and/or scripts and sometimes a buyer does not always understand the limitations of exactly what that script can do.

To me it appears that your issue might be on connection settings expected on your web hosting company. By that I mean most web hosting companies will expect you to use SMTP connection settings which work with a particular domain name - example: myowndomain.com is your website. Your email accounts would then be info@myowndomain.com or sales@myowndomain.com

Your best bet is to contact the author directly, and it might be they need access to your server to help you, but if this is email related, then I am guessing you need to have the right email credentials in place for it to work.

Happy New Year.

I ask the author for help and they refused.
I explain them my issue and I also offer them to set it up for me I will pay extra for it but not a crazy amount and they refused.
I pay someone to help me set it up and we test the api of mailgun thru postman and working fine on postman also we try the SMTP in: https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test and also work all my credentials work properly
but when I Put them in the script The script thow an error: Symfony\Component\Mailer\Exception\TransportException {#2353 ▼

so I realized something it’s wrong with the script also I try to setup the Amazon S3 for file storage but the website shutdown and I had to restore my server because they to take to long to respond and they respond with a solution to get the website back online but nothing helpful for the problem I’m facing with those settings I need to get done.

I understand support does not mean they have to connect to my computer or server doing thing for me but at least They integrate all those functionalities and we have problems with them. Maybe because there may have some bugs in the code or something so we can not solve those problems.

I think I understand the limitations on the script because I can’t ask for something what is not implemented on the script but I can ask for customizations but it depends on the author if they wanna do it or not. Also I can suggest to add some functionalities but the same depends on the author if they wanna do it. but this is not the case on my request.

I’m asking them to help me find a solution to something they implemented in the script already. I hope it is understandable what I’m trying to explain.

I try to contact envato because we purchase templates, scripts from envato because you guys have a system where those guys upload they’re items and we trust envato not them we trust we’re able to get help from envato if they don’t wanna help us. but if you recommend contact them for help I think it is not much to do because I reached out to envato because they refused to help.
