Hi everyone, i have recently join helpscout for providing support to my clients,i found it good but i am exploring its benefits of using instead of our own support portal or blog which we can develop. any other experienced author or member who used these type of platforms please do reply in this topic and increase awareness and benefits of these platforms for us?
