I successfully uploaded multiple video files through FTP to VideoHive, and after uploading a CSV file with the appropriate metadata, the files disappeared from my “upload dashboard” but they are not showing up in the “currently in review” queue.
On the page where I am able to upload the CSV file, it does state that I have “uploaded 6 new files” but I am not sure whether they are currently pending review. Is there any way to know?
I had the same thing happen to me. I cannot find them and wrote support, but they have not responded. Very frustrating. The CSV file uploaded successfully then everything just disappeared.
Hope an admin chimes in here.
