Hi,
It’s been hours trying to upload motion graphics to videohive. Regardless of method (ftp - direct - dropbox) or format (MP4 - MOV - ZIP) the files just won’t appear in the upload overview page.
Is anyone else having this issue?

That’s a relief 
I’m thinking it’s possible the servers are overwhelmed at the moment since the “triple award” announcement for motion graphics this morning.
Do report back if things are back to normal.

anyone having trouble uploading video files through FTP. Filezila fails to connect envato ftp.
I tried, it says.
421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
should try again later.
Or wait for any answer from envato. Hopefully they will fix that

did anyone successfully connected envato FTP with Filezila today ?
ftp.author.envato.com still displays the same (maximum users) message
ftp.marketplace.envato.com is working ok

There were a lot of uploads going on!
We have increased the maximum number of connections, and for now this appears to have resolved the issue.
It is also possible that some “idle” connections were not being cleared up. More investigation into that is ongoing.

files uploaded through FTP not appearing the site
There is a large volume of files (over 500 GB) being processed by the system, which means that uploads are taking a while to appear in the video uploader. Please be patient - if the FTP upload has completed successfully then your files should arrive within 2 hours at the most.

Hi, is FTP working now ? it has been more than 8 hours, file uploaded through FTP not appearing at their upload overview site. anyone is experiencing this issue ?
