help to get refund or report author

I purchased a grocery store souce code but their is too much bugs in that code after generate apk file.
now try to contact author first he is reply very slow and not responding correctly like i tell 4 issue then he only reply for 1 and that is also wrong answer on in wrong way. i ask for refund so he says that can not refund.
now i want to solve my problem or refund and both not possible then how to report this to codecanyon or how to inform about it to codecanyon support team.

If you are eligable to get a refund then you can request for refund. Can I Get A Refund is an explantion of the refund policy, requirements, process and a button linking to the refund request form.

This is not possible, if the purchase is made on your platform you must resolve the returns and not leave the responsibility to the author. In any case, responsibility is being removed. This speaks very badly of envato.
