No Support From Author, I Want Refund

I have bought a app yesterday, but the app has no documentation file, also i got no response from the author. now i want my refund as soon as possible.

I was always under the impression that all items had to have documentation?

If it was only bought yesterday then you may need to allow slightly longer for the author to reply (assuming that they do support the item)

If the author continues to not respond (not everyone works on weekends) then you can submit a refund request but you need to be clear on the requirements and the process
