Help: Theme No Longer Available

Hello,

I have a question to you :). I used to have this theme: https://themeforest.net/item/one-elegant-portfolio-wordpress-theme/12641502?ref=emaam on my website.

It runs on Wordpress and I use Visual Composer. In the last weeks, when I want to use Visual Composer, it is completely stuck and slow and I can’t work in it Afterwards I saw that my theme was removed from ThemeForest and therefore probably did not have updates.

Can I update Wordpress (to WordPress 5.2.3) and Themeforrest, or will the site then completely explode? Or would you recommend to get a new theme?

As the theme no longer avaialable then any wordpress update to latest version can create some issues as like wordpress 5 default block editor and in this case you have to install classic editor. In this case I will recommend please keep a full backup before doing any update.
