HELP NEEDED, my author is not providing answers.

Hi there! Can someone help me? My author is not responding (I have purchased the Tower theme) and I am having a series of error with my WP.

1- it keeps asking me for updates on 2 plugins.
2- when trying to install the dummy version that I’d like to work with it freezes (does not happen with other versions).

How can I get help if the author is not answering?

you can use the comments option to contact theme author.

How to contact an author:

If author not responding to your comments and support request then you can get in touch with envato customer support by opening Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to check it for you.

Hi! Thanks for your answer, I have already done both, but I’m not getting an answer from the author and the ticket response might take up to 7 days… there is no way to speed up this process, right?

Thanks for your help! I imagined that I had to be patient. I’m in a rush and thought that the answers would be more prompt, but I guess is a normal time frame for an answer.
