I am interested in purchasing a theme, the dgwork template. The problem is i need to find out if this template will work with my wordpress.org self hosted site, i also want to know if i have any problems, how am i suppose to contact support, i do not see a phone number or a email, author has not responded to my message. What do i do, what if i purchase this theme and have trouble with it?
First thing if Author don’t respond your message then why you will buy their theme!!!. Author response should be most important thing because when you will need support for any issues then what will happen. I believe All Authors are 100% agree and very much eager to provide customer support. Maybe you didn’t go through the right way. Please check here how to contact:

Sometimes it takes longer to get a response but if the author dosen’t reapond to a simple question weekend or not in 48 hours don’t bother. Support is essential because of the web nature.
