Help! error Locked account

hi i need support to unlock my account.
my account was locked out before the checkout on payment. i cant see if the buy was debit or not to my credit card because i cant login to my account since then.

i create a ticket support that is 914931 and i cant get any response yet.

before that i purchase a theme without issues.
when i try to buy a plugin, after the checkout confirmation my account was locked out.

How can i solve it?
