Account Locked, can't send a ticket


I was locked out of my account (I assume for security reasons since I was trying to purchase one of your products). I’m trying to send a regular support ticket, but I can’t send it because it requires me to solve a CAPTCHA that isn’t showing.

I was wondering if maybe someone here could help me regain access to my account. I need to start working on a project ASAP.
