These are the specific requirements for cover images:

  • The cover image must be provided at these dimensions at the minimum:
    • Cover images must have a 3:2 aspect ratio
    • Recommended Dimensions: 2340px (W) x 1560px (H)
    • Minimum Dimensions: 1170px (W) x 780px (H) - aspect ratio 3:2
  • You can make your cover image larger, however, the aspect ratio of 3:2 must be adhered to.

I have set it to as 2340px (W) 1560px (H)
and is not working… it required 590x300

Hi

yes for codecanyon preview image (cover photo) should 590x300 and image format JPEG
you will see just bellow the Inline Preview Image field (590x300 JPEG).

I just resubmitted the item

hope you resubmit the item from your dashboard Hidden Items tab page by editing the soft rejecetd item. as the item soft reject you should edit the item and submit the required changes.
