With respect the front end presentation is not good and i doubt that seeing that, the reviewer would have necessarily looked at the admin etc.
The landing page is very confused talking about support tickets, crypto, web design services
There are numerous issues with typography in general as well as spacing, hierarchy, mobile optimisation etc
The other pages are just parts of the home page added to a separate link
The pricing tables look unfinished

Missing many things like booking examples, offers, blog etc.

Even something as extensive as the above has generated 700 sales in 8 years so realistically anything more simple will struggle.
