Hard-rejected Twice need help! permanent termination my account?

Some days ago I made a project, was hard-rejected.

I think is maybe too simple and not usefull. I see someone in the forum said can do more changes, and then can also be approved . and so I keep the basic style .Then I made a lot of changes to it Reference to my project I did before (Real Estate, After Effects Project Files | VideoHive)

This is just the previously hard-rejected Corporate Slide project with a different name.

My question is
If your project was hard rejected, can you redesign it and send them to check again?
I have done a lot of changes, but the reviewer said I just rename the project, this situation can really result permanent termination of my account ? Have I broken the rules?

I like envato very much,If what i do has broken the rules,I will never do this again. And Now I need some help and communication, to lift my doubts.

Your mistake was that you didn’t changed overall design (this was mentioned in letter) but just changed content.
Problem was in Style/Design. That Texture (which reminds some of mine =) ) looks cheap, combination of those elements doesn’t looks fresh. So Don’t play with a luck and make a new project with a new style

Sorry for offtopic, but, wow… Do you people always have those lengthy conversations with the reviewers? We are left clueless here on AJ, which was also brought up on the forums a few days ago.
