Hard Rejected. Need Help

Hi Guys! i need help my upload have been hard rejected with following message :
" Unfortunately your submission Elegance - Layers WP Child Theme isn’t ready for ThemeForest and cannot be resubmitted as it did not meet our minimum requirements for quality and/or Envato Market policies. In order for submissions to be considered for sale they must be of high aesthetic and technical quality, unique to our library and cannot be in violation of Envato’s policies.
Our Review team also provided these comments:
The overall quality of your submission does not meet our aesthetic and technical requirements and will need to be improved before being resubmitted. "

its not unique nor does it have a premium feel. you need to concentrate on typography and color selection. nothing specific to say overall looks like a new comers theme.

All something is really wrong with your scrolling, it’s awful and pretty unusable. It also looks like every other WordPress theme out there, and lacks that “premium” feel. I would look at modifying it from a design perspective and then just make sure you debug the technical aspects.

Yeap, need to improve the design mate. Specially the typography, colors. Plus more sections/elements, grid loading effects, hover effects etc. Good luck.

First thing first change the logo looks aweful
