I think that your design already have in themeforest, you try make a design more unique will to approved.
I’m not an expert in this category but generally it looks pretty good to me.
The category icons don’t do you any favours and in some scenes like gender and fitness level theres’ quite a bit of empty space that could potentially be handled better
