This doesn’t look like a UI template - just looks like a landing page/one page template?
If the about, services etc in the nav are just those few lines of text and boxes then that’s nowhere near enough
With respect the design and particularly the features/functionality are not very premium - it would be easy to find something similar/better for free online.
If you want to sell in a premium marketplace then you have to bring flawless design, unique features and value for someone to want to code or use it
