i get hard reject and didn’t know why, what’s the reason
i already pass all warnings in themecheck plugin and also pass all wordpress theme requirements
and in themeforest wordpress blogs very simple and clean designs
so, why i get reject

Your design if hard rejected not can resubmit again 
But you need new make design html new and submit themeforest for approved themeforest sell
