Guides Bleed, Trim and Safe Area

I have been asked by a reviewer for :
In every file please add guides for bleed, trim and print safe area .125"/3mm apart.

Can anyone tell me please how to put these? [On photoshop]

Do i put it as Guides (with rulers)? Or how?

Increase your canvas size by 3mm from all sides :slight_smile:
