Hi, i had purchased a code in codecanyon. When i try to activate, it says OOPS WRONG PURCHASE CODE. I have once page and never active that code in other page. need Help Please.

themeforest doesn’t want to give me the real code
Codecanyon doesn’t want to give me the real code
Envato doesn’t want to give me the real code

I don’t need support to install the license. I know that.
I need the license to be correct, I pay for that.

you can check this article:

Please confirm that there is no blank space at the start and end of the code when you paste in the field. If still the purchase code not working then please contact your purchased item author and let them know. May be there is something wrong when processing the purchase code in the item author database.
