Getting Purchase wordress karma theme downloading problem .

I have purchased karma wordpress theme from theme forest. But I am getting confused that which file I should download for wordpress theme. There are four there,
1.Wordpress theme
2.Wordpress with all documation
there was 2 more option.

I am really much confused, about it that which file I should download.

Help me plzz

If you ONLY want the theme then click ‘Download’ (on your downloads page - http://themeforest.net/downloads assuming you are logged in) and choose ‘Installable WordPress File Only’
