FTP Upload issues

I am trying to upload a PSD theme using FTP because the .zip is +800mb but nothing works.
I have tried CyberDuck and FireZilla but they have problems. One week ago (I don’t even know how) I managed to upload the .zip file but the reviewer replied saying that the file was corrupted. Now I’m re-trying to upload but the review system (when I try to submit the files) tells me that the file is corrupted or not a .zip file.

What should I do?

You should contact Envato Support, of course.

I also got some issues while uploading, it always stops at about 380mb. I thought its because of the internet connection. But i figured out to continue the uploading.

Does it stop at you too or its not uploading at all?

Ok thanks, I will give it a try.
I didn’t asked them at first because I knew they would have pointed their fingers to the ftp service.

Yeah, it stops every time at different parts.
It generally stops at 120-150mb, then continue to 300, then 500 and then the final rush.
Each time that it stops, I have to close the ftp app (firezilla or cyberduck), re-open it and continue from where it stops.
Every time that I re-open the app, it says “upload completed” with 0mb of 0.

I started getting error when try to upload via ftp

Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

I’m getting same error.
