Flyers been rejected, why?

Need some feedback regarding these flyers.

…unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.
They have rejected, but what’s the reason?

  • Significant attention to detail issues -

  • Typography needs attention throughout especially font choices and hierarchy

  • Take out the stock elements you cannot redistribute and there’s nothing left

  • Shadows on some text does not work

  • Date in the first one especially feels mis-placed and forces

  • Spacing between info in the footer is inconsistent
