the thing is that your typo is flat , the global creation is lacking contrast indeed, nothing is much popping out actually … u need to find a way to make elements spring out indeed, your icons for teh footer are too basic and u have an issue about the hierarchy of information in your item … contact information are almost bigger than some other things …
the icon in creative idea part if not aligned well and titles and block of texts are strangely arranged

I wish i could follow any instruction or any other way to make a perfect flyer that could approve.

just keep on doing your best and try to offer as much oriignality and quality as possible … there is nothing else that u can do anyway … using pieces of advice should help u in your quest to have items approved
