That isn’t right. ISRCs are used for identifying recordings for recording royalties, not mechanical or performance royalties.

Many PROs have a blanket deal with Google/YouTube and they should pay royalties to their members for music used on YouTube based on the number of plays. I’m a PRS member and I’ve been receiving YouTube royalties for my compositions and arrangements through them for years, I’m surprised that BMI haven’t been paying you yours. Do you have your tracks registered with Soundmouse?
