Hi, there. Does anyone know how to change expired payoneer card to new card in withdrawal methods?
As I remember you don’t need to do anything. Withdrawal method is connected to your Payoneer account, but not to card.

Indeed- you don’t need to do a thing- anything that is linked to your account (partners, withdrawal methods etc.) will be automatically moved to your new card
