I want to change my partner’s payment card to my card in the Themeforest account.
I worked with my partner 6 years. All payments were made to his card. Now we want to change the card for my Payoneer(I have a Payoneer card and I successfully receive transfers from UpWork). Support of the ThemeForest does not respond within 5 days. What should I do?
It’s very easy.
If it’s at least 3 months to the current Payoneer Card’s expiration date, then on your Payoneer Account you will see the “ORDER NEW CARD” option.

I received the card more than 3 months ago. The card expires in 2019.
