every time unbounce pages rejection ! Why?

There’s not much issue except it’s out-dated design and there’re too many similar items on the marketplace already.

If you’d like to get it approved, you will need to add “unique” features. You won’t get approval with this one ( If you had posted 3-5 years ago, it should be fine )
