I have an axiom theme downloaded from elements and attempting to retrieve an Envato token.
it’s telling me my login is wrong.
Since I’m already logged into various Envato, I would say their site is broken.
Anybody else have problems retrieving tokens…? Maybe the better question is what is the fix for this

I downloaded the theme from Envato Elements
I am logged in without issue however when attempting to retrieve an Envato token for a WordPress theme downloaded from elements, the damn site tells me my login information is wrong!
It dosen’t take a rocket scientist to figure out I am already logged in to the site with an active subscription as i just downloaded an axiom theme… that requires a TOKENQ!!!@!@!

fix your extensions API
Envato Elements Token is only elements side (for using only in envato elements subscribed account) token and it will not work at your customer side. This token can use to verify elements subscription and only can use in subscribed account in envato elements.
If your theme asking for token to activate the theme license then please note that Envato Elements don’t provide any purchase code or personal token for items. You don’t need any purchase code or personal token to use Element’s items. You can just ignore any requests to enter one. please just ignore entering the purchase code or personal token and it should work fine for you.
Envato API personal token is only for items purchased from envato market not for Envato Elements items.

Hi and thanks for the reply. Where are you getting your information as it is not close to being correct?
It clearly shows on the screenshot the request to enter the elements token. The issue I have is the site is broken, now validating access to the elements API. You are sorta correct that the vast majority of elements downloads do not require any additional “key” type validation, however, there are a few. I have typically been able to generate a token when needed easy peasy, but this issue this go-round has dragged on and on. My god somebody should be embarrased.
FYI This is what I am encountering while attempting to use a theme downloaded from elements. Unable to access the basic features of this theme until it is activated by retrieving a token from elements
Hmm, that’s weird. I just logged into the activation system – it accepted my credentials just fine. Could you perhaps try another browser (or use your browser’s Private/Incognito mode) to log in?
Heya, please open a ticket with Envato Elements Help and Support if you haven’t done so already. They should be able to check your account and see what’s going on.
