Envator Element: License for Broadcast

I have download misuc on Envator Element for broadcast.

In License:
"Highlights

All items on Envato Elements have the same simple license terms. You get broad commercial rights, so you can use items with confidence on work or personal projects."

But I see “Broadcast use is not allowed. Please contact us if you wish to use the music for Broadcast.” How to use for broadcast?

Find that track in Audiojungle and buy the correct license there.

Element only provide Standard Licenses.
