Hi, I installed the Envatomarket plugin in WordPress application, but it doesn’t work. I can’t get the theme and plugin update. I will appreciate it if you help.

I am not sure why not working but maybe your personal token don’t have the required permissions.

Envato API personal token:

You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made

Although I installed the current plug-in, nothing appears on the screen as shown here. I cannot access either theme or settings.

Please check your web hosting server error log. is there anything in error log? if yes try to fix the issue. if no error then you can open Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
