I bought a license for the theme Fortuna . I am lost between all the interested parties: envatomarket, codecanyon, themeforest, blueowlcreative.
What are their respective roles? who supports the product to ask a question?

Envato is the company that runs the marketplaces, Themeforest is one of the marketplaces and BlueOwl is the creator and seller of the theme on that marketplace. So as Charlie says, BlueOwl is the one you want to speak to if you have any issues with the theme. Envato if you have any issues with the site, payment etc.
