Hello,
I’ve a envato account from 2013 but I did not is . Now I want to use my account for sell item to themeforest.

I cannot upload my cover photo also my information but it was. I’ve checked other accounts it’s workied but I’ve also created new account I saw same think. waht should i do ?

You can not customize your profile till you upload your first item. When there is at least one item in your portfolio, you can do it
