I hav einstalled the marketplace plugin and entered the credentials. I can see all the themes i have purchased. the theme in this site “healthpress” is out of date but it does show update is available. how can i fix this? thanks in advance
I am having the same problem. I have 2 updates that are not reflected in the Envato Market plugin.
We have the same issue. Latest version of the envato plugin, purchased extended support for theme and no update is showing, been over 48 hours now. How do we resolve this without having to reinstall everything? Thanks.
