Envato Market plugin - The item cannot be downloaded

Hi everyone,

I am trying to setup the Envato Market plugin to automatically update a theme, but I do have a problem:

If I add my personal token in the Global OAuth section, everything works correctly and I can see all my purchased items.

If I add only a specific element (adding the same token and the item number), I keep getting the error “The item cannot be downloaded”

I would like to know how I could solve this problem and if any of you experts can figure out what is happening :slight_smile:

Same here. I’m not sure the Envato Market plugin is working or even being supported anymore.
