Envato is sending support emails to the wrong email address

Hi all! Peace and goodness to you!

Can you tell me why Envato is sending emails to my old email address?

While I have changed it several months ago or more.

The problem occurs when my Customer sends me an email from my profile on codecanyon, and this email from them goes to my old email and not to the current one???

How I can prevent it?
