My email was not received by support?

Hi there!

A few days ago I received an email from Joef (customer support) about a dispute, so I send a reply immediately after reading, which was on Februari 10th. But a few minutes ago I received an new mail from Envato titled “We are waiting to hear from you about 1033218”. When I checked my send inbox I can see my email was send succesfully. Just to be sure I send the mail again just now.

Anyone who can verify my mail has just arrived by Joef?
