If I buy the one month subscription then download say a template pack and use it in AE then cancel it will I be able to use that template pack forever since it’s downloaded or does it somehow stop you?
As long as the end-product is ready before you cancel the subscription, yes.
No. You can’t use the template pack once your subscription has ended. As Ki-themes has stated, you can use the end product you created using that pack while your subscription was still active.
