I can’t use that image any more?
Yes as the image was originally being used, but you can’t download it and store it for use elsewhere after you unsubscribe

I download 10 images for a website and I use it then after a month I cancel my subscription
Can I keep those 10 images on that particular site indefinitely ?
On that same site yes
you can’t ue them elsewhere
