If I have used images from Envato for use on a website (not selling of on-demand goods etc), do my rights to use the images still exist after my subscription is cancelled?

Once you used images licensed through Envato Elements you can continue using them in that end project after your subscription ends. You will not be able to use those for any new project. You can read more about it here.
