Envato Elements and Market mistake

Hello everybody,

I subscribed for a month to “Envato Elements”… ad realized that was a different thing than “Evato Market”.
I canceled my subscription right away with dowloading anything.

Is there a way to ask for a refund ?
Somewhere to ask for it ?
